Regularly drinking fresh fruit and vegetable juices is one of the best
ways to enhance your health for the long-term.
By "fresh" we mean juice made in front of you - not bottled juice from
the supermarket, which has been heated up perhaps as many as 2 or 3
times and therefore has had many of the essential digestive enzymes
and micronutrients destroyed.
Fresh juices pack a nutritional punch.
The time factor
In an ideal world, you would be able to get all of the nutrients you
need on a daily basis from the food you buy at the supermarket or,
even better, through living and raw foods grown yourself under
organic conditions, eaten in either a raw or juiced form, but this is
simply not a realistic option for most people.
With our fast-paced lives, the demands placed on our time with jobs,
family commitments and social activities and the fact that so much of
our food is now processed, shipped over long distances and exposed to
chemicals, everyone knows that it is getting harder and harder to
make sure that we have a balanced diet and are getting all of the
nutrients that our bodies need on a daily basis.
Many people (and often children) dislike the taste of fruits and
vegetables, making it even harder to meet their nutritional needs.
Similarly, vegetarians and vegans face a daily challenge, because of
their restricted diets.
The answer? Our tasty, nutrient-packed Future Nutrition blends!

The benefits of juicing
One of the best ways to enhance your health
Key benefits
•
Better absorption:
Your body absorbs up to
80% more of the
nutrients in fruit and
vegetables in liquid
form, than it would
otherwise have done by
eating them whole. It
also places less of a
strain on your digestive
system.
•
Balanced diet: Juicing
allows you to consume a
far greater number of
fruits and vegetables
than it would be possible
to eat whole, which in
turn means that you are
taking in a higher level
and greater variety of
essential nutrients.
•
Stronger immune
system: The greater
intake of nutrients
supports organ health
(e.g. heart, liver and
gallbladder, kidney
function etc), the
immune system and
general well-being.
